Deceuninck UK is pleased to report that thanks to offering truly innovative products to its proactive and driven customer base, the company saw a 30% increase in like for like sales in December 2017 compared with December 2016. Deceuninck UK recently opened its doors to Editors of the industry’s trade and commercial media to give them a behind the scenes tour of its impressive manufacturing plant and mammoth warehouse, as well as offer a sneak preview of its up and coming innovations.

Strong Commercial Growth Recognised in G Awards

Following its bi-annual global review, Deceuninck recently announced UK sales were ahead year-on-year by 20% in June and 25% in July, despite sluggish markets. While much of this growth is attributed to added value products like the Heritage Window Collection, Slider 24 and unique colour offering of 26 colourways in stock, Deceuninck has also experienced significant growth in the commercial and specification arenas.

The New Grey Substrate from Deceuninck – Available Now

After putting the finishing touches to one of the industry’s most exciting profile launches this summer, Deceuninck announces that its new grey substrate with Anthracite Grey grained foil is now ready to order. Already the market leader in coloured PVC-U windows and doors, this latest #bestinclass innovation is a further testament to Deceuninck’s commitment to keeping its customers ahead of value-added market trends. Adding to the 26 colourways already available from stock, the new RAL 7021 (Black Grey) substrate, now available with Anthracite Grey grained foil and soon to be available with the Anthracite Smooth Matt foil, will help PVC-U fabricators and installers compete against aluminium.

Not one to rest on its laurels, following on from the announcement of increased sales, Deceuninck recently commissioned an independent agency to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. The results are in and the company is performing well with the highest ratings coming from products that meet industry standards, on time deliveries, customer service support, products’ appearance and features, product quality and electronic ordering.

This growth by and large is coming from our customers, as well as new customers switching to Deceuninck.
